Breathwork is a somatic practice that uses specific breathing techniques to expand awareness, release stored emotions, and regulate the nervous system. This process helps shift stagnant patterns, enhance mental clarity, and support deep healing—right down to the cellular level.

Following the breathwork, you’ll move into a state of deep rest with sound meditation. Using therapeutic frequencies—such as crystal bowls, chimes, and voice—sound meditation brings the body into resonance and supports realignment. Together, these modalities help calm the nervous system, ease anxiety, and foster emotional integration.
